Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you are able to attend before booking, as all workshop bookings are non refundable and non exchangeable.

As our workshops involve advance planning and the preparation of materials specifically for each guest, we are unable to offer refunds or ticket transfers if you are no longer able to attend.

In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider requests to transfer your booking to an alternative date where sufficient notice is given and space is available. Any transfer is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If Reverie is required to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either a transfer to a new date or a full refund.
